Compensation: $50,000 - 80,000 annual compensation
Join our growing boutique agency and have a seat at the table as Business Development Associate. This position will motivate, inspire and create new client revenue opportunities throughout the U.S. This hands-on, "roll-up-your-sleeves" position requires a high-energy, well-rounded sales leader who can contribute to establishing, developing and growing a business development department while effectively pursuing new business opportunities.
Along with identifying and developing new client opportunities, you will have direct interaction and be responsible for lead generation and qualification, pipeline and opportunity management, proposal and presentation, and managing overall opportunities from qualification to close.

ESSENTIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Communicate and influence decision makers at C-Level
- Utilize effective contract negotiation skills
- Proven sales experience, results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Partner with HR and Hiring Manager to identify needs, job specifications, job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, cultural fit and other data relevant to the selection process, to hire the right talent based on business needs
- Conduct consultative-based interviews with client, embracing the ARRA Approach
- Ability to function in an inside sales role by performing consistent cold calls, warm calls
- Maintain, on average, 40 business development phone calls per day
- Think creatively and utilize outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and execute business development strategy and performance objectives for the company
- Work to improve ARRA's market position by understanding the competitive landscape, identifying new business opportunities, and growing current clients
- Consistent achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly outreach metrics and sales
- Grow ARRA's market share within designated territories
- Develop and execute all prospect outreach
- Work closely with recruitment to nurture client accounts, including: conducting quarterly meetings, growing account opportunities, present ARRA Loyalty Program Solutions, and connecting with key decision makers
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales content, presentations and engagement materials
- Assists recruitment department with networking and direct recruitment initiatives
- Ensure KPIs and sales goals are met
- Encourage an atmosphere of positivity and teamwork
- Function as an ARRA Brand Ambassador, carrying out mission, vision and values of the organization
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field, Master's Preferred
- Experience in sales, healthcare, recruiting, human resources or marketing
- 3+ years business development sales experience
- 3+ years cold calling experience with proven success
- Documented track record of cultivating and growth within new territories and clients
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Data analytics/sales forecasting experience
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Growth mindset professional with high EQ
- Excellent presentation skills and client service abilities
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment of rapid growth and change
- Results driven, proactive individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with some travel
