Job description
CarepathRx transforms hospital pharmacy from a cost center into an active revenue generator through a powerful combination of technology, market-leading pharmacy services and wrap-around services.
Job Details:
The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting company-wide staffing needs, aligned to the instruction of the Recruiters and Manager. They will own the full cycle recruiting process that will entail sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, running background checks, assisting in the onboarding process for new hires and any additional duties assigned.
The ideal individual will be able to think outside of the box and leverage multiple resources to build full pipelines to identify top talent. They will take an immense amount of pride in their abilities and understand that staffing needs affect the care of our complex patient base, driving the importance of hiring timelines.
Responsibilities
* Drives the talent pipeline by researching, identifying, attracting and generating pools of top quality candidates by evaluating profiles and conducting cold-calls/phone screens
* Demonstrate versatility in recruitment abilities by supporting field and office based staffing needs
* Delivers consistent and quality talent in a high volume staffing environment.
* Evaluates profiles of potential candidates
* Schedules interviews and proactively seeks feedback from hiring teams
* Maintains integrity of the candidate applications and data in the ATS
* Initiates the onboarding process by processing background checks, scheduling required travel and making necessary supply arrangements
* Serves as a resource to all new hires throughout the New Hire Orientation process
* Completes projects as requested by Talent Acquisition Manager
* Act as a representative at career fairs, university recruitment events and trade schools
* Other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to create and maintain an exceptional candidate experience
* Ability to create, develop, and apply solutions for recruiting needs
* Proven time management and organizational skills
* Exhibits a sense of urgency in daily recruitment activities to support hiring deadlines.
* Ability to adapt/excel in fast paced work environment
* Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, social media, search engines, databases, and e-mail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
* Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System
* Knowledge of employment law pertaining to recruitment and selection is preferred
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* 1+ years of Recruiting experience
* Experience managing 15+ open requisitions at a time
* Passive recruiting experience, a must
* Experience leveraging job boards and LinkedIn to build talent pipelines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and ATS systems
