Where you'll work:
We embrace the importance of flexibility and adapting to business needs and are open to this role being fully remote, located anywhere in the US. However, you may enjoy being close to our corporate office in Independence, OH or our National Headquarters in Austin, TX. Our offices house many of our corporate executive functions such as Finance, Marketing, and Business Development.

What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll support the growth of our organization through business partnerships in a highly collaborative environment. Our Talent Acquisition team is highly strategic and flexible, changing with the needs of the business while making time to have fun and support one another. Under new leadership, we are excited to elevate our recruitment process and team. We believe in and invest in personal growth and we've got the results to back it up! You'll work directly with hiring managers and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for roles in our virtual call center and clinical field roles across the country by:

  • Fostering relationships with hiring managers to get a strong understanding and awareness of each business unit and its contribution to improving the quality and alignment of recruitment support.
  • Using your investigative skills to source, screen, and qualify candidates at every level of the hiring process for skill, behavioral and, and cultural fit.
  • Use your competitive edge to not only meet but exceed service level agreements by providing top talent to hiring managers.
  • Delivering great overall experience by managing candidate and hiring manager's expectations to ensure a consistent, positive recruiting process.
  • Contributing to the development and success of various talent-related projects such as; employer branding, employee referral program, and college recruitment programs

What you'll need to be successful:

  • A strong sense of urgency and passion for delivering a great experience for both the candidate, hiring manager and business partners
  • Someone who sets a standard of excellence for themselves in everything they do
  • Flexibility
  • Highly perceptive, resourceful, and thoughtful to proactively engage leadership teams and relate to individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Experience working with systems such as JazzHr, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms to find and recruit top talent will be beneficial to help you hit the ground running!
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and criminal background check
