Job description

Recruiter / Staffing Manager (Toledo)

  • Screening, testing, interviewing, providing orientation, hiring and firing
  • Administer recruiting programs for potential applicants through referrals, job fairs, networking, etc
  • Work with clients and employees in professional and courteous manners
  • Fill job orders with most qualified candidates
  • Maintain and document records
  • Follow procedures and ISO standards
  • Client visits
  • Recruiting for General Labor, Skilled Trades and Office Skills in all Industries
  • Multi-phones
  • Fast paced environment
  • Quality Control follow up with all clients/employees on a weekly basis
  • Perform basic sales duties in support of sales staff
  • Data entry into industry specific software
  • May attend after hours meetings/seminars
  • Networking

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills (2+ years Cust Svc experience)
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Strong Multi-tasking skills
  • 50+ wpms
  • MS Office experience
  • Stable Job History
  • Preferred BS/BA degrees

Salary plus commission

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
