Job description

As a Human Resources Administrator for Kimball Midwest, you will work to support our experienced sales team and hiring managers. The Human Resources Administrator is a key support role within the Sales Administration Department that helps drive daily functions. It is imperative that you are both reliable and punctual with the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service and organization. You will be responsible for HR related functions within the Sales Department such as acting as a liaison between the sales force and internal staff, maintaining personnel files, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed, auditing files, answering phones, responding to emails and more. You will be expected to have a high attention to detail and the ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

* This position requires (1) one-year experience with the Sales Admin/Resources Department, three (3) years' experience in a Human Resources related position or a bachelor's degree in a human resource/business related field.
* This position requires advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* This position requires a high attention to detail and quality in typing, calculating figures, filing, and corresponding with Sales Representatives/Managers.
* This position requires the ability to perform several tasks simultaneously and accurately, under specific time frames.
* This position requires the ability to respond quickly to problems, and the ability to work in a stressful environment.
* This position requires the ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
* This position requires the ability to function without continuous supervision.
* This position requires a 40-hour work week and may require additional hours during busy periods of the year.
