Job description
The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing and promoting employee relations, problem solving, conflict resolution and coaching amongst assigned client group. Under the direction of the Director, HR for North America Sales and Sales Operations, the individual will partner with leadership in developing a culture supportive of company values while driving employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Develops and supports positive and proactive employee relations programs, maintain good communications and working relationships with employees and managers.
* Coordinates performance management process and proper follow-up on development opportunities.
* Understands incentive plans and educates employees on plan administration.
* Supports processing new hires, transfers, and terminations. Ensures exit interviews are completed and feedback and coaching provided to leadership.
* Supports HR leader with implementation of company-wide programs and initiatives such as talent management, career planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, recognition and organizational development.
* Leads HR programs across designated locations and teams as developed by HR COEs (centers of excellence).
* Champions employee engagement to improve team dynamic, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
* Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field. Masters Preferred.
* Five or more years of experience in human resources generalist type activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
* Sense of urgency and demonstrated follow-through
* Ability to effectively communicate to leadership positions while maintaining company and employee confidentiality.
* Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
* Required work in an office environment, including extensive computer and telephone use.
* Strong organizational and customer service skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
