This is a critical position in our company that supports all departments and will assist Leadership with special projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Administrative support for CEO, Creative Director, ad HR Manager
  • General data entry
  • Office administration
  • Maintain the physical and electronic filing system
  • Answering phones, taking messages, and directing phone calls to correct employee
  • Greet visitors and assist with walk in job applicants
  • Printing shipping labels to support the production team
  • Quality control sign offs on shipping documents
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION TYPE:

Part Time: No more than 30-38 hours per week

Office Hours are Flexible. Ideal hours will be worked from 10 AM - 6 PM or 12 PM - 6 PM to ensure proper phone coverage.

Hours worked will be on-site, in our office, located off 71 and Harmon Ave. No travel required. No telecommuting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An ability to multi-task, set priorities and maintain them
  • Oral and Written communication skills which are clear, accurate, concise and effective

  • Willing to learn new applications and skills, as our company continues to grow

SALARY LEVEL/COMPENSATION:

Compensation is hourly, and is based on degree and experience. $15-20 per hour.
