We are looking for a full-time Recruiter for our Worthington, Ohio office. This role will own the recruitment process for hiring needs on our business teams, including sales, operations, customer service, finance, accounting, and HR. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative, startup environment and will have experience recruiting for both part-time and full-time roles.

You will be presented with multiple competing tasks, and no day will be the same. You will be required to bring ideas to the table and execute successfully at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recruitment process for all business roles below the Director level
  • Post new roles and keep current role postings up-to-date
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system and keep candidates up-to-date in the system
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates
  • Screen resumes of applicants
  • Send out PI assessments to candidates
  • Conduct first round interviews and record notes on each candidate
  • Evaluate candidates fairly and with an understanding of the company's core values
  • Schedule candidates for subsequent interview rounds
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Notify candidates when we have decided to move forward with other applicants
  • Research additional ways to recruit team members
  • Provide data analyses on roles
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a recruiting role
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Extremely people-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable talking with candidates on the phone
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate with leadership about hiring needs

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
