Job description

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the cash management function; providing ad hoc analysis within complex reporting, monitoring cash flow, cash forecasting, intercompany, reviewing account analysis and bank fee statements, and serving as key project lead as assigned.

1. Interfaces with all lines of business to coordinate, implement, and complete project plans.

2. Monitors capital markets activity, including share repurchase activity and dividend administration.

3. Structure and coordinate optimal intercompany loans and repayments. Monitor the intercompany loan portfolio and address upcoming maturities. Coordinate monthly intercompany meeting with Tax and Treasury staff.

4. Prepare accurate and timely schedules for external reporting related to treasury.

5. Willingness to lead treasury projects that can include heavy interaction with external vendors, store operations, and other cross-functional teams.

6. Monitor bank fees paid by the company and work with banking partners to add/remove services as needed.

7. Monitor and ensure compliance on banking entitlements.

8. Primary backup for setting daily cash position and monitoring bank account balances.

9. Assist in providing accurate and detailed cash flow forecast.

10. Maintain a functional knowledge of treasury topics to communicate effectively internally and externally to all levels of the business.

11. Handle completion of time sensitive audit and compliance requests.

12. Prepare quarterly debt covenant calculations

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or other related) required.

2. Minimum of two years of experience in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.

3. Skill in attention to detail and accuracy with numbers required.

4. Skill in verbal, written and interpersonal communication required.

5. Above average proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Word and Excel required.
