The Position

Your mission is to have quality conversations with distressed home owners. We will provide you with a consistent stream of warm leads. Your goal is to connect with those leads, uncover their pain points, and offer guidance and possible solutions.

Qualifications

· Ambitious and Independent Self-starter

· Loves finding creative solutions to problems

· Sales experience is preferred but not required

Location

Hiring in Cincinnati and Dayton

Schedule

Work from home - Flexible schedule. We won't make you work set hours, but the best times to talk to sellers are usually evenings and weekends. Occasional travel to meet with sellers in person if needed; you set your own appointments.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000+ per year. This is an independent contractor commission only position (no cap on commissions). Many of our acquisition managers start out part time with us and keep their part time jobs as healthcare workers, firefighters, etc. for the pay and benefits while learning and getting the first couple deals under their belt before going full time, or we can offer a stipend for the right candidate who is looking to jump in full time right away until they close their first deal.
