Responsible for leading administrative support of the Talent Acquisition function in the areas of interview scheduling, background checks, onboarding, and overall candidate experience. Promotes brand and culture. Supports a seamless recruitment experience through consistent communication, collaboration and relationship building. This role is also focused on the training and development of other Talent Acquisition Coordinators.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinates comprehensive candidate logistics, including candidate travel, candidate interview scheduling (in-person, phone, video), and candidate expense reports
  • Initiates background checks, drug screens and gathers all necessary new hire information
  • Provides high-touch communication to all candidates and internal stakeholders (HR, TA, Hiring Managers), ensuring they are always aware of their status as a candidate or new hire as well as the necessary next steps in the process
  • Supports system enhancements, organizes, updates, and maintains a wide variety of resource information within the applicant tracking system
  • Follows defined Talent Acquisition lifecycle within the applicant tracking system including tracking/maintenance of candidate and requisition records. Assists the recruitment team in ensuring the accuracy of data
  • Supports implementation and maintenance of operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Capabilities

  • Expertise in MS Office, ATS, CRM, or other computer software
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to operate in high moral and ethical capacity in decision-making and support
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills as well as a keen attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous high-volume and/or complex scheduling and/or administrative experience
  • **This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Role can be based in Denver Metro, Dayton Metro, or San Diego Metro area

Contract length: 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
