NOW HIRING for a Project Coordinator at our Englewood Environmental Lab!

The Pace Analytical Englewood Environmental Lab is a leading environmental laboratory located in Englewood, OH. We are adding full-time team members to the Project Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to project management and sample receiving as well as providing customer service to all clients.

Schedule:

* Full-Time; Monday-Friday
* Overtime Opportunities available

Tasks for the day:

* Overseeing or reviewing, completing and processing various types of standard project management forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
* Assists with projects involving client contact, verification of accurate check-in of samples, monitoring status of analysis, providing response to client inquiries, and invoicing client, as determined by the supervisor.
* Directs client calls and requests to appropriate project manager for follow-up.
* Assists with receiving customer feedback and coordinating resources and responses as required.
* Additional duties as required.

Attention to detail and teamwork are key!

Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED.
* Two years of administrative support experience.
* An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

Where you work:

* Mobility to work in a lab and office setting, use standard office and lab equipment and stamina to sit for extended periods of time; exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects; vision to read printed materials and computer screens; and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone. Work is subject chemicals, fumes, gasses, noxious odors and related items in a lab setting.
