This is a 32 hour per week, benefit eligible position. This position also supports Medical Records within their job responsibilities.

Your responsibility as a Human Resource Coordinator will be to provide excellent customer service to both our employees and our residents. You will be responsible for bi-weekly processing of payroll, recruitment, interviewing, pre-employment process and orientation of new staff, manage workers compensation claims, benefit administration and auditing, personnel file compliance, FMLA administration and other duties as assigned by the Administrator. You will also follow strict infection control guidelines to keep our residents, employees, and you safe. Youll also have the opportunity to communicate with residents throughout the day and enrich their lives through rewarding work.:
