Job description
Manages, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Director of HR for Interstate Warehousing by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL ABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
· Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations. Administration of facility level Payroll and Wellness program.
· Manages all aspects of recruitment for hourly positions.
· Conducts orientation training for new hires.
· Maintains advanced knowledge of Company Handbook, Benefits, and Labor Law.
· Oversees employee development
· Builds and maintains a professional relationship with local staffing agencies
· Continually updates all files regarding employees
· Responsible for approving invoices
· Keeping track of employee attendance and production and issuing discipline write-ups
· Handles pre-employment screening
· Files all employee paperwork
· Tracks turnover and handles weekly and monthly reports
· Keeps Labor Law posters up-to-date
· Handles Open Enrollment
· Handles Annual Training for employees
· Responsible for handling 401K paperwork and quarterly enrollment
· Handles employment verifications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
