Job description

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support offering scheduling, document preparation and customer service to the Technology Leadership Team.

Essential Functions:

  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Set up and manage electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
  • Provide services to customers, such as order placement or account information.
  • Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work.
  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, or special events.
  • Arrange conference, meeting, or travel reservations for office personnel.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Associate's degree preferred, or 4-5 years' experience in an Administrative role .
  • Must display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, prompt and precise.

Preferred Skills:

  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with general computer and internet use.
