Myriad Neuroscience's?Inside Sales team?actively expands the business?and?provides?support to?the?business. The Neuroscience Inside Sales Supervisor will manage daily Inside Sales functions, continue to evolve the existing lead communication plan and workflow, train and onboard new team members. * This is an Onsite Sales Supervisor Role in Mason, Ohio *

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day to day activities of the existing Inside Sales Representatives, including lead qualification, task management, and healthcare provider on-boarding based on Customer Segmentation.
  • Provide new hire ISR training and upkeep of training materials
  • Mentor Inside Sales Representatives and encourage paths for career development
  • Develop processes to increase lead to order conversion
  • Source new opportunities through company programs utilizing outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintain and update Inside Sales talk tracks and scripting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with field sales team and management
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to build out Inside Sales lead management and best practices, as well as enhance existing lead process
  • Work with Sales Ops and D&A Teams to define performance metrics and implement dashboards
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Commercial Operations and CRM to improve processes and drive volume and revenue

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science or Arts preferred
  • 2+ years of progressive sales experience with a track record of sales success, including quota achievement and exceeding sales goals
  • 1+ year of experience as an inside sales supervisor, or similar supervisory experience
  • Experience as a sales trainer, coach, or mentor preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and customer satisfaction
  • Success managing multiple priorities and deadlines through cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Agile and able to adapt to rapidly changing external circumstances or internal needs
  • Awareness of HIPAA guidelines and ability to operate in a complex healthcare environment
