Healthcare Recruiter - Interim Leadership


With our continued growth, LeaderStat is ready to add a Healthcare Recruiter for our Interim Leadership Services team in Powell, Ohio.

The Healthcare field is growing and changing every day and LeaderStat is positioned within this field as one of the most respected providers of consulting and recruitment services nationally. This is an opportunity to join our team and support the Premier team, primarily with acute care interim leadership placements.


The Healthcare Recruiter will support the strategic goals and objectives of LeaderStat. This dynamic individual will work to develop a network of management level consultants for LeaderStat's interim acute care program. This fast-paced position requires coordination between internal LeaderStat resources and LeaderStat consultants. A successful Healthcare Recruiter candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Strong communication, networking and interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of the acute care field
  • Ability to conduct high volume outreach calls and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Proficient with video-conferencing technology (i.e. GoToMeeting; Zoom)
  • Able to present information about LeaderStat to clients, candidates and consultants via verbal or electronic forums
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks, at a fast pace with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills with experience MS Office, Bullhorn, Internet Job Sites and related websites
  • Strong focus on customer service


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new interim consultant relationships in acute care
  • Champion customer satisfaction with consultants by proactively soliciting feedback on our services, consistent communication, and intervening and resolving problem situations.
  • Recruit and screen new consultants nationally, by:
  • Developing a network of management level consultants in the post-acute and senior care industry. Utilizing cold-calling, obtaining references or referrals, leverage on-line sites and other resources/functions to develop an extensive database of consultants
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with consultants, based on LeaderStat's validation and screening process (Face-to-face or Webinar interviews)
  • Validate references, background checks and other industry related requirements
  • Source existing consultants in Bullhorn and other resources for current interim job orders.
  • Effectively document and update consultant information in Bullhorn database
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate consultant development with the other recruiters and divisions within LeaderStat
  • All other duties as assigned by Director of LeaderStat Premier


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred, or 2 years relevant experience
  • Hospital or healthcare related experience is recommended
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating via telephone, video-conferencing, and other technology medias
  • Strong recruiting/outreach call experience.
