Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Consultant in Reynoldsburg, OH.Key Tasks:Responsibilities * Change Management Consultant will assist with facilitating strategic decision-making and goal setting * Help develop branding and support effective messaging * Aid with the effective roll-out strategy of new tools to affect cultural change * Assist with planning for and guide stakeholders through the stages of change; As a Change Management Consultant, you will monitor user sentiment and track progress against organizational goals * Support leadership in mobilizing the commitment of stakeholders to implement new business processes; Facilitate communication between stakeholder groups to increase awareness and process ownership * Monitor impacts to the Enterprise of modifying existing AFRL processes; Surveil the AFRL landscape to help anticipate and address potential unintentional consequences of the change; Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change * Change Management Consultants consistently review methods to improve the desired future state * Aid with creating a thorough training approach where necessary for end-users to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the future state * Must have a Bachelor's degree; Communications and/or Marketing degree is a preferred * Extensive experience (at least 5 - 7 years) of leading change, communication, and training efforts for multiple global, complex technology implementations * Prior consulting experience delivering projects and navigating client-facing environments * Communication skills will also be very important with collecting data, interviewing skills to get that data, and being able to analyze data to support organizational change management * Ability to efficiently interact with associates, executives, and all organizational stakeholders * Ability to plan and organize in complex, fast-paced environment * Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills * Results-oriented, self-motivated, team player, positive attitude, and enthusiastic * Experience with organizational change management in the IT domain and retail industry would be beneficial but is not mandatory Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
