Description
The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing human resource support to the Bath & Body Works home office team. The Senior Generalist is responsible for assisting with administration of policies and programs covering the talent lifecycle, HR strategy delivery and associate relations in a fast paced retail culture. Reports to AVP HR.
This role supports complex HR initiatives / issues and assists with administration of policies and programs including reporting, associate relations, hiring, orientation, on-boarding, development and retention. Must possess the ability to:
* Partner with manager and business leaders to develop and execute talent management strategies for a multiple client groups
* Provide coaching and direction regarding hiring, onboarding, associate development, performance management, change management, succession planning, associate relations and associate retention
* Coordinate and execute the communication and the components of performance management, succession planning, associate development and talent reviews
* Coaches leaders and managers on processes and conversations to address and resolve associate relations issues and consults with legal partners when necessary
* Partners with managers and talent acquisition to recruit and select qualified candidates to fill open positions and skill gaps on teams. Prepares and delivers appropriate onboarding tools and information to the new hires and managers prior to their first day.
* Conducts exit interviews with associates leaving the business, shares feedback with leaders, and follows the appropriate termination process as dictated by the situation.
* Interact, present and influence senior level leadership
* Conduct data reporting and analysis for HR team and business customers
* Support teams with action planning for Associate Opinion Survey
* Ability to manage projects and support other projects and company initiatives

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
* 3 - 5 years human resources experience
* Experience should include all areas of human resources
* Attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organization skills
* Ability to set priorities
* Proven relationship-building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong associate relations expertise
* Experience with large scale project management
