Your mission? To strategically increase the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with prospective candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process by using a combination of up and coming tools and technology, research, marketing procedures and outbound communication methods.

• Developing structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the target audience for securing new clients.
• Setting up news alerts from all primary job boards for all types of positions placed.
• Developing structured, cyclical Email and Linked-In Inmail campaigns
• You will be sourcing both candidate and job opening leads, using your detective skills to identify difficult to find contact information, filling in org charts, creating, updating and maintaining call lists and our database.
