Internships for all college students are available, including freshman and sophomore students! The internship experience combines Cedar Point business needs with college level internship requirements. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn the entertainment industry through hands-on exposure to day-to-day operational tasks within your assigned Division. You will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and utilizing leadership skills while collaborating on group projects to ensure a successful operation.

Responsibilities:

A Human Resources/HR intern will be involved with the daily operation of the Human Resources Division at Cedar Point. This internship may include special projects related to recruiting, retention, associate engagement, and associate relations! This is a fantastic opportunity for a student who would like exposure to a high volume employment environment, and is willing to operate in a fast paced office setting. You will work closely with our year-round Human Resources team to ensure all State and Federal compliance, efficient on-boarding processes, effective reporting of associate relations concerns, and a high level of associate engagement. You will gain knowledge and experience in a variety of HRIS systems, compliance functions, and the J-1 Visa program.
