Job description

The Consumer and Community Banking Recruiting Associate will support the Exempt recruiting needs for our newest Chase acquisition - cxLoyalty. As a Recruiter, your primary responsibilities include attracting and hiring the best talent, both internally and externally in the target locations by gaining extensive knowledge of the different roles in your aligned organization, and our overall business needs. You will partner with hiring managers to refine a sourcing strategy for the business and consult with managers and partners in the hiring process, managing expectations and negotiating deliverables. In addition, you will work to understand the business' diversity goals and provide candidate slates in support of these goals.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and present customer obsessed candidates to the hiring managers for review

Review candidate applications and resumes to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements

Provide regular communications to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, driving timely candidate decisions

Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process

Create compelling and competitive offers, selling both the firm and the position based on market intelligence

Maintain data integrity ensuring proper documentation of candidate selection and compliance within the recruiting process

Provide a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring solid focus around risks and controls

Take ownership of the Affirmative Action Plan; understand diversity goals and provide education to hiring managers in order to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate

Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs

Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls

Qualifications

5+ years of corporate recruiting experience preferred

Familiarity with EEO/AAP, employment laws and HR Policies a plus

Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment navigating multiple deadlines and priorities

Strong customer service and consultative skills with an emphasis on creating a positive candidate experience

Must be detail oriented and familiar with recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization

Experience with Oracle applicant tracking experience preferred

Experience working in a full-cycle recruiting process required
