Job description

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 21, 2022 and ending June 30, 2022, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management, Commercial Bank, and Corporate businesses.

Our Global Human Resources organization is offering fellowship opportunities across our Global Employee Engagement, Culture & Conduct, Compensation, HR Business Advisory and Talent Acquisition organizations.

The Global Employee Engagement, Culture & Conduct (EECC) organization within HR focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide. The team will help set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience.

The Compensation team provides analytics, oversight and infrastructure support core compensation related processes - with a focus on high quality information, strong controls, as well as scalable processes and protocols that are efficient, effective and appropriately consistent.

The Human Resources Business Advisor proactively partners with sr. business leaders and other HR partners to drive business/people priorities forward. They are an integral and active member of the business management team and report to the HR Executive or an HR Business Advisor people leader and have a matrix reporting relationship to the business leader(s).

The global Talent Acquisition organization is comprised of 1400 individuals across Campus, Experienced Hire, and Sourcing, responsible for finding the best talent to fill over 100,000 positions annually for more than 60,000 hiring managers achieve their business goals. To do this, the function interacts with millions of candidates to help them navigate the process in order to find their first or next career opportunity.
