Job description

Independent financial firm in Boardman, OH seeking a full- time office administrative assistant.
Must have prior office experience. Experience preferred with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Job duties will include but are not limited to: filing, scheduling client appointments, preparing client financial reviews, assisting the financial advisors with updating client accounts, preparing paperwork, and working with the other administrators and advisors in the office.
