Description:

The Solution Integrator - Payment Systems will exercise problem solving and creativity by translating business requirements into technical system designs for US Marketing projects, and work with business and technical teams to deliver the next era of Marketing systems.

This role requires strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, a high degree of motivation and dedication to individually contribute successfully with strong teamworking skills. The individual selected must demonstrate a customer-first mentality, agile mindset, and must have a proven technical skillset to support and resolve business challenges.

Responsibilities May Include

Driving change and innovation:

  • Participating in multi-phase payment system and process modernization program to build fault-tolerant, high-volume transaction processing system
  • Building and enhancing the mobile payment integrations and data analytics platforms
  • Analyzing as-is systems and propose efficiencies using the latest technologies

Delivering business value:

  • Working closely with business analysts to translate the business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
  • Communicating and coordinating end-to-end technical estimation and delivery of work across multiple technology teams, functioning as primary point of contact for technical solution
  • Coordinating testing activities for impacted systems
  • Coordinating complete technical cutover, including transition to Operational/Production Support


Building and maintaining strong partnerships:

  • Establish and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with business and IT teams, as well as third-party vendors
  • Maintaining communication with management and stakeholders regarding status of open issues, enhancements, and bug fixes

Position Requirements

Basic/Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

  • 5 or more years of IT experience
  • 2 or more years of experience supporting/developing payment systems
  • 2 or more years of experience supporting/developing systems in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud computing platforms
  • Experience leveraging Azure Dev Ops for agile project execution and code deployment
  • Experience in system integration design with other applications
  • Understanding of SOAP and REST web service APIs
  • Willing and able to provide ad-hoc emergency solution and platform support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
