HCM Analyst

Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Leads change, control activities, and supports the functional administration and configuration of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system with focus on project management.

Primary Tasks:

-Provide expertise on system impacts when discussing and developing new business processes with customers, users, and managers.
-Collaborate with users to gain understanding of unique business requirements, provide support tasks, configure setups, and create or revise existing documentation guidelines.
-Track and communicate Oracle releases and release notes to determine potential impacts to the functional processes and configuration of the Oracle HCM,
-Research unused Oracle functionality to improve organizational efficiency.
-Collaborate with vendors and consultants to optimize the HCM Cloud performance and participate in leading scope/priority of HCM enhancements as necessary.
-Coordinate with IT to plan for quarterly software upgrades, implementation, functional testing, and data validation to ensure quality solutions and ensure that all HCM modules are meeting organizational needs.
-Document user training materials, process guides, and conduct user training.
-Perform other duties as may be assigned.
