Job description

We are needing a Business Analyst who is interested in working for a fast-growing company that has great benefits, 401K, and bonuses!

Business Analyst requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of Business Analyst experience preferred
  • Education at least through bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Experience with basic database queries (SQL experience preferred) Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and SharePoint (Power Platform - Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate experience highly considered)
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel tools such as lookups and pivot tables (VBA experience highly considered)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Business Analyst responsibilities:

  • Create direct channels of communication to business partners and software developers to complete tasks without managerial interjection
  • Identify and monitor business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
  • Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
  • Prepare documentations and specifications
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Monitor data integrity, communicate variances, and recommend corrective courses of action
