Job description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer producer recognition and sales promotions in order to maximize the profits of the organization's sales.
• May include assisting with planning and coordination of events.
• Coordinate the tracking, review, and fulfillment of rewards for various incentive and/or recognition programs.
• Assist in distributing materials on promotions and/or incentives via multiple media, including substantial use of social media, ensuring compliance with procedures, company policy, and corporate identity.
• Assist in researching, evaluating, and recommending enhancements to the market positioning of the organization's products or services.
• Assist in responding to routine inquiries, requests, concerns, and/or complaints. Assist in troubleshooting reported problems. Refers non-routine inquires to more experienced staff.
• May perform other administrative/support tasks including maintaining databases, data entry, reporting, maintaining files, photocopying, imaging, mail, and/or supply functions.
• May assist in routing and securing appropriate approvals.
• Develop basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines and agencies pertaining to communications, advertising, and marketing materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 - 5 years of related marketing services or administrative experience is preferred.
