Job description

Day-to-Day in this Position:

  • You will build relationships and develop a network of financial professionals in Portland. Maintain a list of vetted candidates by: posting job ads, screening resumes, searching for talent, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks and verifying qualifications.
  • Prospect and connect with hiring managers to discover job opportunities and sell our services.
  • Collaborate with your team and match ideal candidates to each job. Then collect commission!


We are on a hybrid schedule! Our office is located right next to City Hall/the Beaverton Central Light Rail stop with big, operable windows, balcony lounge areas and free covered parking (can be used on nights/weekends).

  • Experience In: staffing, recruiting, retail, sales, management, hospitality, fundraising, or service industries
  • Bonus Credentials: Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and/or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Communications, or another relevant field
