Our robust engineering team, in-house prototyping capability, and 197,000 square feet of manufacturing space make it the ideal facility to bring your development program into production

Position Summary

Dept. 694

Responsible for providing a variety of human resources services (i.e. employee relations, recruiting, etc.) for the facility. Ensures policies and practices are in compliance with all Company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Counsels supervisors and managers on employee relations issues.
• Coordinates and manages hourly performance reviews.
• Provides administrative support for all employees.
• Responsible for recruiting hourly employees. Oversees and participates in employment activities to ensure that properly qualified employees are recruited and hired. Maintains the applicant tracking system and ensures timely communication with candidates.
• Conducts new hire orientations and exit interviews; coordinates employee meetings and events as required.
• Participates in the development, interpretation and communication of Human Relations Programs and policies/procedures.
• Assist in conducting supervisor meetings.
• Conducts employee investigations.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, and local laws.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-4 years generalist experience.
