Job description

onsemi is currently seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will give an individual the opportunity to recruit and attract top talent into the organization. This role can be remote .
As a key member of the talent acquisition team in a recruiter role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Partner with internal customers (hiring managers, human resource business partners) to lead and facilitate our recruiting process
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking efforts
• Support and lead our diversity hiring efforts for all levels within the organization
• Utilize LinkedIn, Taleo & other recruiting platforms
• Create a world class candidate experience for all applicants in the recruiting process
• Participate in recruiting events
• Vendor management - maintain and create relationships with staffing vendors
• Communicate sourcing strategies to all relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience
• Experience working in applicant tracking systems
• Ability to source utilizing Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn and other passive channels

Preferred:

• Previous recruiting experience in a high volume semiconductor or manufacturing environment
• Tenacious personality with excellent follow-through skills
• Outstanding customer service and team player attitude
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Demonstrated creativity and proficiency using web-based applicant tracking systems and the Internet for candidate sourcing and recruiting
