Job description

Our award-winning social media agency is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our rapidly growing team! As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Rossman Media's paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display and social advertising strategies for B2B business. To be successful in this role, you must exhibit strong creative writing and verbal communication skills and in-depth knowledge of all paid media platforms.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and optimize our digital marketing and PPC campaigns from start to launch
  • Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
  • Work across different channels to create and execute text and rich media ad strategies
  • Recommend and consult clients and marketing team any new content or landing page opportunities in order to promote higher campaign performance
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist and other marketing team members to align campaign strategies and goals across the agency
  • Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
  • Build various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media to ensure effective media buying
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and staying on top of the latest trends in PPC and Paid Social advertising
  • Strong passion in to help drive growth and success across multiple digital marketing channels


Skillset Requirements:

  • 5+ year of proven work experience and success in a Paid Media Specialist or similar role
  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certified
  • Facebook Advertising experience with Google PPC
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of basic marketing principles, online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hand-on experience in the Paid Media space, with experience managing on-site conversions, cost & click performance, measuring impressions/total reach and monitoring website traffic
  • Critical, forward-thinker with strong written and verbal communications skills
