POSITION SUMMARY - ITS Project Coordinator

The ITS Project Coordinator is responsible for managing a variety of projects which may include evaluation, selection, development, implementation or upgrade of Epic Ambulatory software. The Project Coordinator will work with leadership and project stakeholders to develop project goals, define scope, and seek approval for funding and resources to execute the project and is expected to follow standard project management processes and ensure that the project deliverables and goals are met.

The Project Coordinator will work with project team resources and stakeholders to keep the project on track, in scope and within budget as well as complete all project documentation such as the project charter, scope statement, impact analysis, project timeline, technical assessment, risk assessment, stakeholder and team member roles and responsibilities and issue tracking. The Project Coordinator works closely with the training team to formulate training and education plans related to the project and communication materials as necessary and identify operational processes necessary to transition the project to the Support team; and is also expected to provide both written and verbal project status updates and facilitate regular meeting with project resources and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, project management or a related field, or the equivalent in education and experience, is required
  • Specialized training in a project management, preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of project management and/or project coordination experience is required

Licensure/Certifications

  • Epic Certified in one or more applications is required (must also complete annual Epic re-certification requirements)
  • PMP: Project Management Professional Certification, preferred

POSITION SUMMARY - ITS Project Manager

The ITS Project Manager is responsible for driving, integrating and managing a program within the ITS division. Specifically, this position has accountability to manage the overarching multiple interdependencies, timelines and sequencing within ITS Technical Services and ITS Construction Services. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives surrounding the subject areas of IT Technical Services and IT Construction Management. Responsibilities include developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement of the program overall; maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance; overseeing multiple project teams working in your areas, ensuring program goals are reached, while managing the most complex projects when necessary; and maintaining ongoing vendor relationships that span across multiple Asante stakeholders. The program currently included is ITS construction management but may include others as they are developed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Master's Degree, preferred

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in program or project management, process improvement, or relevant operational leadership
  • Experience in developing coordinated strategies to carry out multi-year strategic plans for complex organizations and for complex programs with a high degree of interdependence
  • Experience working with subject matter experts, individually and through committees, to assess, define and implement focused change management
  • Strong background, understanding, and overall knowledge of specialized technological disciplines, data and analytics methodologies, statistics, actionable information and performance improvement

Licensure/Certifications

  • PMI: Project Management Institute (PMP, PgmP), preferred
