Job description

**Facilities Maintenance Technician needed at Precision Machine Shop in Sherwood, OR. Full time with benefits and training.**

**Shifts:** Days 7am-3:30pm

**Description:**

• Minor landscaping and grounds keeping

• Light-moderate construction and carpentry

• Light HVAC systems care and planned maintenance

• Care of building plumbing systems such as sinks and toilets

• Care of building clean dry air system

• Assist with coolant and chips management for machines

• Floor cleaning and polishing

• Basic roof maintenance

• Machine mist collection system installation and maintenance

• Light custodial and machine cleaning

• Installation and upkeep of machine coolant delivery system

• Order building maintenance supplies

• Change lights and bulbs inside and outside the building

Open to candidates with commercial or residential maintenance experience, utility workers, or other related fields.
