Sr. Business System Analyst - Direct Hire
NATURE AND SCOPE:
The Senior System Business Analyst under the supervision of the IT Applications Director and is primarily responsible for leading initiatives addressing and assisting in the day to day support of client pharmacy regarding both technical support issues and problem-solving support of operational and strategic processes/projects.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide project and overall day to day support to client organization as required:
Analyzes departmental processes and needs and makes recommendations that are most effective means to satisfy those needs
Use effective communication and presentation skills to communicate concepts, gain buy-in, facilitate conflict resolution and recommended solutions
Monitors and organizes the efforts of technical and business support staff. Manages projects according to milestones and completes tasks assigned by more experienced analysts and managers. Guides the efforts of less experienced staff.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of technology developments within healthcare domain
Support business and technical teams by troubleshooting and resolving development and production defects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience working in Healthcare Life Sciences
Experience with the system CPR a benefit
Experience working in Home Infusion / Specialty Pharmacy company a plus
Exhibits strong Business Analyst core competencies
Works closely with Business stakeholders to document As-Is, To-be workflows
Develops requirements specifications
Partners with development team to assist in designing solution
Develops Project plan and Timeline
Develops Test Plans, Test Cases
Assists in creating training plan and documentation for Business
Experience working on projects where Agile software development techniques are used
Experience in training of BI Analytics to end users as needed and assist in creating / designing layouts within analytics for end users.
Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem-solving skills in resolving complex discrepancies, by actively suggesting and assisting in implementing process improvements and procedures.
Functions with little or no supervision and guidance; is well versed in company policies and process but frequently demonstrates ability to respond to requests for which no policies or procedures exist.
Display excellent judgment on a consistent basis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with end users, co-workers and management.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in an organized, detail-oriented manner with appropriate follow up when required.
Ability to prioritize work and make decisions independently and effectively, often quickly in response to dynamic Nufactor needs.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to the level of required HIPAA standards.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time as well as walk, stoop, bend, kneel. In addition, must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects as well as reach with hands and arms including above shoulder level.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
Requires a four-year college degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology. Proven ability to work well and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience supporting users in a heterogeneous computing environment. Extremely detail oriented combined with strong problem solving and time management skills. Able to manage multiple competing priorities and be productive with frequent interruptions. Experience working with project management software .
