What we're looking for

Vacasa seeks an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about data and how it is used to drive outcomes & process efficiencies. The ideal candidate has Intellectual curiosity balanced with an orientation for getting stuff done. You don't mind taking on ambiguous challenges and can manage dynamic priorities. This position is either a Mid or Sr level based on experience & fit.

What you'll do

• Performance Reporting: Build and maintain Looker dashboards for self-serve analytics.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Uncover opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and other insights through deep-dive analysis of sales data.
• Sales Ops Support: Collaborate with our Sales Ops team optimize & report out on our sales funnel (Hubspot & Salesforce).
• Present Findings: Share actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and directly through uncluttered visuals and concise recommendations.

Skills you'll need

• Demonstrated communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of analytics experience
• 2+ years SQL experience (any variety)
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets (lookups, pivot tables, index-matching)
• Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY

Bonus points for experience with:

• Sales Ops/CRM data (Hubspot, Salesforce)
• DBT (tool) and ETL processes
• Process Optimization
• Python and/or R
