City Sprint Delivery & Logistics is a well-established Portland/Vancouver Metropolitan area Delivery, Distribution and Logistics Company who is seeking a high energy, enthusiastic and self-directed individual for an inside/outside sales and marketing and business development position. We are a drug free company. A pre-employment drug screen is required and all employees are subject to random testing.

Responsibilities : Include developing and managing the sales and marketing department which is comprised of assigned key accounts and target accounts while generating new business through leads and cold calling. Functions include representing City Sprint in a positive and professional manner while accepting responsibility for meeting the company's expectations in sales goals.

Skills : Include strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, writing, presentation and negotiation skills and can confidential demonstrate and present a thorough knowledge of our services and capabilities. Must be able to work with a team and able to produce with little to no supervision.

Qualifications :

* You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and must be insurable by the company's policy.*At least three years of sales and marketing experience and/or at least one year of delivery industry direct sales experience.*Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary. We will consider experience over a degree*Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision*Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents and CEO's*Good communicator--excellent listening skills and ability to uncover the real "pain" a client might be experiencing*Ability to begin work immediately

Compensation : Beginning salary/commissions is determined by experience and knowledge of the industry. For the first year this is a salary/commission based position and after the first year becomes a 100% commission position with the ability to earn a six figure income.
