Job description

24 Hour Fitness is looking for a Corporate Account Executive. The Corporate Account Executive is responsible for establishing new corporate accounts, renewing existing accounts and activating these accounts to maximize New EFT Set Up's. The goal is to build unique corporate relationships that encourage corporate employee populations to purchase memberships online, during on sites, and in club. The Corporate Account executive will improve incremental New EFT Set Up's and revenue that grow profit margins and dues tap in the corporate sales channel. This position will be actively involved by partnering with the club membership sales teams and Account Managers to optimize account activation through New EFT Set Up.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Proven sales leaders with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Ability to implement external marketing strategies to influence the various corporate communities * Proven ability to use company systems and processes to achieve, document and track sales goals and results. * Strong initiative, assertiveness and communication skills; which translates into the ability to train and motivate club leaders and front-line team members. * Ability to work effectively and productively with minimal supervision. * Goal oriented and a team player. * Ability to multi-task. * Strong analytical skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to represent self well professionally in a business environment with C level clients. * Ability to work in fast paced growth environment.
