Job description

Our client is looking for an Entry Level Accountant to help to join their growing team. The role is in office at their Portland location. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and experience working with accounts payable and accounts receivable. If you are a recent college graduate looking to get experience in Accounting, this role is for you!


In this role, you will:

  • Check employee timesheets for accuracy
  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records
  • Maintain inventory accuracy


To be a fit, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Excel knowledge
  • Familiarity working with accounting and tax preparation software
  • Strong critical and mathematical reasoning skills
