You'll ensure delivery against Quality Assurance department goals and objectives, including meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule. What you'll do on a typical day:Create, implement and ensure compliance with testing standardsDevelop KPIs to measure the QA successCoordinate with Development, Product and Business to assess severity and prioritize reported issuesWorks with Project Managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation models for QA related projectsHandles the planning and execution of product testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery datesProvide guidance around automation strategies, working with the QA Automation Team and Application DevelopmentProvides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives, and performance to planHelp drive continuous improvement of Change Control process including modifications to policies and proceduresReview Requests For Change (RFCs) and approve or reject them based on their adherence to documented change management process requirements and standardsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent related work or military experience5 years of experience leading quality assurance cycles with a focus on testing large, multi-tiered systems consisting of multiple applicationsProven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software testing solutionsIt'd be great if you also have:Experience with several different programming languages and test automation technologiesAgile Project Methodology expertise Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity, and precision both written and verballyAble to handle an extremely fast pace while maintaining the highest quality standardsMaintains composure in the face of highly ambiguous environments and constant changeBe part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of world-class solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
