We are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager in our Portland Division. This person will have at least 10 years of proven construction management experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide overall management of projects, working with the project team and support staff to deliver successful projects safely, on time and on budget.
  • Create project budgets and manage the project financials including projections for labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Responsible for overall risk management of projects: identify and manage risks to budget, schedule, quality, and overall success.
  • Represent the company as the main point of contact for the Owner and Design team including negotiation of owner agreements, assist with permitting, representing the project and the owner's interests, and continually work to maintain positive relationships.
  • Ensure company safety program, quality control program, and all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or comparable management experience and
  • 10 years construction management experience.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ability to multi-task, communication abilities.
  • Computer skills and Microsoft Suite, finance, construction management software experience required.
  • Current Oregon driver's license with insurable driving record.
