About the Job

We have an exciting opening for a Residential Associate position. This position requires that applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness; to support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions; perform housekeeping and meal preparation; medication administration; and keep accurate clinical documentation. If you have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a client experiencing serious mental illness, then this position might be a good fit for you.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 8 hour Swing Shifts

What You'll Make

Starting at $17.50+ an hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $1.50 per hour graveyard shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

About the Program

Johnson Creek Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) is an 8-bed facility, which promotes community safety and the psychiatric recovery of individuals who are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board.

What You'll Need

1 out of 3 Criteria below:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Human Development;
• OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable mental health experience working with individuals living with a serious mental illness in a supervised social service setting;
• OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental mental health experience and training

Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
