Aerotek is seeking a **Client Engagement Manager** for St. Charles Hospital in the Bend, OR Area. This position is not remote
The pay rate is $23hr+ with Benefits offered after a 90-day period. Ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling (teams of more than 15+ people), reporting to higher up personnel with proper/accurate documentation and handling potential escalated situations. Potential candidate must possess strong customer service skill sets, maintain a polished & professional appearance at all times while having no issues with attendance.
**Individuals work week may vary in the** **beginning** **due to training / Once you become settled in the role there will be flexibility with hours. Ideally a Monday-Friday work week. Travel required to and from Bend & Redmond Hospital**
**Description:**
The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for the overall management of an engagement, including, but not limited to day to day management of the onsite team and client relations, and screening, interviewing and selection of contractor candidates. The Client Engagement Manager will ensure effective communication to contractors, contractor candidates, client contacts, and internal contacts.
Direct Supervisory or Management Responsibilities: At accounts with internal staff assigned, supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
