Position Summary:
Responsible for providing Human Resources leadership and hands-on support to the Tualatin, OR site. The HR Manager will support the full range of HR activities through the administration and development of policies and procedures including human resource planning, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, engagement, and compensation. Demonstrates leadership and positive change management in support of a high-performance culture.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide HR leadership and guidance to the site(s), particularly in regard to a full range of HR activities: employee relations, performance management, engagement, training and development, and compensation.
- Drive the execution of HR strategies in line with business objectives.
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations for employee relations issues, complaints, and conflicts in the workplace.
- Oversee administration of discipline and terminations to ensure consistency.
- Drive high-level of employee engagement, productivity, and efficiency.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve communication, work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide day-to-day performance guidance to management (coaching, counseling, compensation, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.).
- Lead in the implementation, guidance, and interpretation of HR policies and processes.
- Develop HR procedures and policies in line with corporate strategies.
- Identify and propose solutions for training, development, and coaching needs.
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Onboard new employees and conduct new hire orientation.
- Assists with LOA management, workplace accommodations, and returns-to-work.
- Manage employee inquiries.
- Oversee employee records and files.
- Support company communications for the site.
- Gather, analyze, and correlate data for root cause and solution recommendation.

Position Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Competency in leading cultural change.
- Competency in relevant employment law regulations, with ability to coach and train managers.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.
- Process and results-oriented with strong analytical ability.
- Proven track record in coaching, influencing, and developing leaders and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment using effective analytical and problem-solving skills and a team focus.
- Ability to handle conflict, articulate own and others' goals, and stay focused on a positive outcome.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred:
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
