Job description
*Open to remote candidates who are based in EDT.
We are in search of a highly skilled, result-oriented, and analytical Partnership and Ops Specialist with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic fast-growth SaaS organization. Reporting into the Manager of Global Talent, you will work cross functionally across our Talent and People team.
In this role, you will build out our programs, campus recruitment function, drive our DEI recruitment partnerships and support key recruiting ops functions (data, reporting, compliance, talent brand)
What you'll do:
- Continue to scale our world class internship program globally and build out a campus recruitment program
- Run the full recruitment process for intern and new grad hiring. This will include building university relations, sourcing, screening through offer and onboarding.
- You will be responsible for our Talent Acquisition Systems and Tools, Data Analytics & Performance Metrics, and Campus Recruiting among other initiatives
- Lead the documentation, communication, and standardization of best practices across our global talent team.
- Assist the Manager of Global Talent with key recruiting projects from concept through execution
- Responsible for data management and data integrity within Talent Acquisition Systems for day to day operation and efficiency. You will conceptualize, implement, and optimize recruiting metrics and dashboards to promote data driven decision making and key stakeholder consumption
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Talent to support our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Program from a system, tools, and dashboarding perspective.
- Evaluate tools and technologies that will help the recruiting team optimize their ability to be effective and provide value to our customers
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years recruiting, talent brand or operations experience
- Experience coming from high growth ever-evolving technology company
- Experience with Talent Acquisition data analytics, internship programs, Talent and recruiting operations is desired
- Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
