Job Overview:

Fresh off a $400M fundraise and a $4B valuation, Olive is one of the fastest-growing companies in America. The Director of Non-Technical Recruiting will continue to help scale a world-class recruiting organization, fueling Olive's meteoric growth. The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This person will leverage a partner mindset to quickly establish themself as an advisor to senior leaders at Olive, proactively translating business needs into Talent Acquisition strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of non-technical recruiting across multiple job profiles (sales, finance, HR, etc.)
  • Provide vision, leadership, planning and management for recruiting teams.
  • Partner and develop key relationships with business leaders, internal hiring managers, hiring teams, and other stakeholders to recommend and successfully implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with the leadership team on needs assessments and workforce planning.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks, knowledge of talent communities, recruitment best practices and excellent judgment to counsel and guide executives, hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Implement proactive recruitment branding strategies to elevate Olive's reputation in the marketplace.
  • Drive strong talent pipelines by utilizing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse candidates.
  • Develop OKRs that ladder up to company-level priorities.
  • Track relevant recruiting metrics and provide analytical insights on hiring trends.
  • Identify and recommend new sourcing systems, processes or techniques to enhance efficiencies and differentiate Olive in the marketplace.
  • Effectively partner with external vendors (agencies, staffing firms, research companies, etc.), and internal stakeholders (business partners, compensation and benefits, talent management) to ensure successful execution of hiring and on-boarding processes.
  • Design an operating model and organizational structure that provides flexibility and focused attention on high growth teams.
  • Steadily increase productivity through effective process improvement.
  • Oversee the development and execution of long term talent strategies focused on building an "early-in-career" pipeline.
  • Participate in target identification, diligence and integration efforts related to M&A activities.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • 5+ years people management experience
  • Experience managing people leaders is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with hiring or leading sales recruiting teams is preferred, but not required
  • Experience thriving in a high-growth, distributed environment
  • Experience scaling innovative, software/tech organizations
  • Experience leading geographically targeted recruiting campaigns in diverse markets
  • Experience winning through people and developing strong leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders up to and including c-suite executives
  • Comfortable navigating and utilizing advanced recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Experience implementing and elevating DEI recruiting strategies.
