Job description

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Create a long-term HR project plan to span across departments to account for

growth goals, employee relations, and overall success
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and organizational

needs
  • Determine the effectiveness of current recruiting programs and strategies and

identify areas that need improvement
  • Identify key recruiting KPIs

Coordinate and Manage
  • Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers
  • Manage junior team members to delegate tasks and track progress
  • Act as a liaison between executives in negotiating offers for candidates
  • Act as liaison between employees & finance department regarding

Compensation
  • Assist in contract negotiations and relevant changes needing to be made on a

case-by-case basis
  • Support the COO in the development of HR strategies, plans, policies, and

programs
  • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both

active and passive

Trusted Source
  • Act as a resource for all employees related to employment and contracting

questions or other relevant human resources inquiries
  • Coordinate processes for performance reviews and relevant KPIs

Recruit, Interview, and Onboard
  • Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple departments
  • Maintain candidate and client relationships for successful communication
  • Send offer letters and contracts, following up on completion
  • Oversee onboarding process for new employees and offboarding process
  • Create and post job descriptions, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring
  • Source passive candidates
  • Search resume databases for ideal candidates
  • Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position

Compliance and Reporting
  • Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
  • Prepare progress reports on a X basis


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources management, communication,

business administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment and human resources generalist role(s),

preferably some sort of leadership role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and delegate tasks appropriately
  • Able to act independently and proactively, but work equally well within a dynamic and

fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to keep confidentiality on information in all aspects of the role
  • Strong critical thinking skills
