Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is driving the talent acquisition process for attracting, sourcing and recruiting employees in positions ranging from customer service representatives to technical professionals and management. The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures with special emphasis on full cycle recruiting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
* Collaborate with corporate HR in Germany, US HR and hiring managers to document and maintain job descriptions, write job posts, and post positions internally and externally with job boards.
* Source, screen and vet qualified candidates for presentation to hiring managers.
* Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote IONOS, reduce time-to-hire, and attract the best professionals.
* Develop a recruiting strategy and talent pipeline to assist long-term regarding hiring and retention.
* Utilize multiple internet resources, including job boards and social media, as well as other recruiting sources, keeping up-to-date with trends and products.
* Manage Applicant Tracking System.
* Attend job and career fairs, both virtual and in-person.
* Assist HR team with the development of offer letters.
* Initiate the background screening process and conduct reference checks as required.
* Facilitate onboarding process from Offer Letter to Day One, including organization of materials and conducting new hire orientation.
Human Resources
* Assist HR team in the following areas:
* Employee relations
* Payroll and HRIS
* Benefits administration
* Employee files, records and other documentation
* Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports pertaining to HR requirements.
* Participate in short-term projects as assigned.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
* Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and ability to perform the responsibilities listed above.
* 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on full cycle recruiting.
* Proven experience recruiting for all levels of positions.
* Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including internet and social media.
* Hands-on experience screening and interviewing candidates.
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Solid understanding of HR practices in accordance with federal and state employment laws.
* Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Customer service mindset with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Ability to identify and resolve workplace issues.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
Certifications that Are a Plus but Not Required:
* Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC), PHR and/or SHRM-CP
