Summary:
The purpose of this position is to extend our client's Partner Services market coverage in each segment by generating new pipeline through:
- Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via email, phone and social media.
- Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled (discontinued /disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline).
- For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the Client's 8 C's methodology, and either closed or handed over to assigned sales agent.
- Various aging leads and opportunities will be assigned to the Digital Sales for nurturing and closure or nurture with return back to the Sales Executive for Closure.
- The Digital Sales Agent will be active participants in territory and account planning to support the team and will be the future candidate pool for transition into permanent roles.
Campaign Execution & Lead Management
- Assist in planning call and e-mail activities to generate Leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, Inside Sales Management
- Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market
- Generate and Qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) as agreed with management
- Perform sales stage execution or pass qualified leads to Sales resource for sales stage execution
- Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports
Demand Management
- Responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on leads within their assigned space.
- Nurture and develop the opportunities through the digital tools available once they have moved into the sales cycle, transition them to the appropriate Sales teams.
- Drive digital and high quality engagement with potential customers (the Partners) delivering superior customer experience.
Core tasks include:
- Qualify leads received from marketing or other organizations and nurture opportunities
- Generating incremental opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies.
- Manage opportunities to ensure a good transition to implementation and account development.
- Close deals
- Handover qualified opportunities to sales with high quality, ensuring the best customer experience.
- Provides relationship management support and activity management via telephone, email and web to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
- Build and execute upon strategic outbound campaigns to obtain additional leads
Opportunity and Lead Nurturing
- Support follow up on aging/stagnant leads and help to identify opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycles.
- Plan call and e-mail activities in close alignment with Inside Sales / Field Sales for most efficient opportunity acceleration.
- Drive ongoing nurturing of opportunities expected to enter active sales cycles in 6-12 months out as agreed with management.
Data entry in the IC Web Client/ CRM system: Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities using the adequate systems correctly, work together with manager/expert as necessary

Experience & Language Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
- Preferably Telemarketing experience, specifically high volume phone-centric work
- High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system.
- Business level English
- Business level in Brazilian Portuguese

Education
- Bachelor or equivalent business experience
