As a result of a consistently expanding client portfolio, we are seeking an entry-level Business Development Executive. This position has the major advantage of being immersed in merit and results-driven culture while also receiving ongoing training and development through our mentorship program. When applying for the entry-level Business Development Executive role, please keep in mind this is a full-time position that will be based on-site in our Temecula office (remote work is not offered at this time). Our energetic team is in need of someone who is able to set high standards, has strong attention to detail, and aspires to be a leader in our business. In return, the outcome and goal of this position are to get someone cross-trained in managing others, leadership development, and managing operations.

The Primary Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Development Executive:

  • Follow up with customers who are interested in our client services and qualify them for an account
  • Play a vital role in the growth and acceleration of leads generated on behalf of the client
  • Work closely with the Sales team and identify strengths and weaknesses in the market
  • Manage large amounts of customer inquiries and offer suggestions through selling or marketing our products to find them the best deal based on their wants and needs
  • Track and process orders for customers as requested
  • Record any feedback from the customer such as transactions, comments, or complaints if applicable
  • Create and manage marketing and sales campaigns for the targeted market
  • Meet revenue goals on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure company success
  • Assist the leads that are assigned to you
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner by offering support and appropriate solutions
  • Place and cancel orders as needed
  • Register the customers account information and stay compliant with company guidelines on handling their personal details

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
  • A friendly and personable attitude while working in the office and with customers
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to new projects when needed
  • A relentless desire for growth and advancement in leadership
  • Ability to read a room and engage with introverted and extroverted personalities
  • Someone who has a competitive spirit and drive to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
